Proper nutrition also consists of reducing carbohydrates, sugar and salts. Eating less nutrition more often play an important role in making a body a good body.

Now come to aerobic exercise which can include jogging cycling and running. They play a very important role in loosing body fat. But doing aerobic exercise daily our body cells is using oxygen to produce a good amount of energy. This can lead to increase in heart rate there by increasing our oxygen intake.
